Apolo achieved near-rock star status after medaling at the 2002 Olympic Games. And more than one person noticed that little fuzz under his chin. It's called a soul patch, and it's safe to say Apolo has made it fashionable. Immediately after the games, soul patches start popping up everywhere - even on people that wouldn't have them under normal circumstances, like, say GIRLS. Where ever Apolo went, there was a soul patch or two. And even now, one pops up every once in a while, like on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. Oh yeah, the soul patch is cool. And he's not shaving it anytime soon.
